I don't know about you, but I've tried just about every diet out there including going to a doctor for prescription diet pills. It's really frustrating but nothing seems to work. I've considered lap band surgery but I'm a little apprehensive because it seems so new. I've known people that have had it and had no problems, but I'm kind of a "fraidy cat".
